This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or interact with us, how we use it, and what rights you have. We are committed to handling your information with integrity — the same standard we apply to every enterprise system we work with.

What Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. When you submit a structural assessment request or subscribe to the STRATA™ Intelligence newsletter, you provide us with your name, job title, organisation, email address, location, contact number, and any context you choose to share about your ERP environment. We use this information solely to respond to your request and to conduct the briefing you have asked for.

Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors engage with our website — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, what content they read, and what actions they take. GA4 collects this information in aggregate and does not identify you personally. IP addresses are anonymised. Analytics data is only collected if you have accepted cookies via the consent banner.

LinkedIn Insight Tag. We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand the professional characteristics of our website audience — job functions, seniority levels, industries, and company sizes of visitors who are logged into LinkedIn. This data is aggregated and does not identify individuals. It is only active if you have accepted cookies.

No other tracking. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels (beyond LinkedIn), heatmap tools, session recording software, or any other tracking technology beyond those described above.

How We Use Your Information

Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, for aggregate website analytics. Google processes data under its own privacy terms and EU-US Data Privacy Framework commitments. Data is anonymised at collection.

LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company — LinkedIn Insight Tag, for aggregate audience analytics. LinkedIn processes data under its own privacy terms. No individual identification occurs through our use of the Insight Tag.

Both services are only active if you have accepted cookies. If you decline, neither service receives any data from your visit.

Cookies and Consent

We do not use cookies for advertising, personalisation, or any purpose other than the analytics described in this policy.

Data Retention

Information submitted through assessment request forms is retained for as long as there is an active business relationship or enquiry, and for a maximum of three years thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law. GA4 analytics data is retained for 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted by Google. Newsletter subscription information is retained until you unsubscribe.

Security

Assessment request submissions are transmitted directly to our email system via your email client — no personal data is stored on the BridgeCore website or web servers. The STRATA™ platform itself operates under enterprise-grade security architecture with full tenant isolation, read-only data access, and TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit. Children

Our website is directed at enterprise technology professionals and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. We will not materially reduce your rights under this policy without providing reasonable notice.
